I didn't get a response

"I tried to contact through the online form, the call number, the text number, the chat. I finally got a response on the chat hours later, and then the chat was ended before I could respond! Frustrating."

Amazing experience!

"Joybird was such a delightful experience. From the beautiful furniture and designs to the excellent support and services - we loved visiting the SF store and the staff there helped us find the perfect couch and chair and ottoman! Great quality, prices, and fantastic return/exchange policy. Haven was lovely to work with too!"

The delivery men stained my cushions, absolutely not white glove service

"My delivery men stained my sofa. They took the cushions out of the packaging and were not wearing gloves. They left black handprints on my white linen cushions. They took pictures and I made a note on my ticket with them. I tried to get the stains out but they left a mark. I am very upset, as this is my first purchase with joybird andI spent thousands of dollars on this sofa. Please either send someone to clean the cushions or replace them. Additionally I found a tear on the bottom cushion at the bottom and there is a scratch on the wood and a chip. I am really unsatisfied. "

Too much spam

"I think Joybird is great but toooooooo many cookies.
I look at an item and on every internet page after that, whether news or weather, there are a bunch of Joybird advertisements.
I gave my husband's cell phone number NOT his email address, and his phone is blowing up with Joybird ads.
Really too much and over the top

Their "Final Sale" items are items being sold with cosmetic blemishes

"Their "Final Sale" items are items being sold with cosmetic blemishes which is not clearly communicated. It feels like they trick you into buying defective furniture.
The main page of the final sale/clearance item says "This item is final sale and not eligible for return. Cancellation must be made within 24 hours of ordering." but nowhere on that page does it say that you're purchasing a damaged/blemished product.
If you do go to their Return and Exchanges page, they do have a statement that says:

"Clearance Items: Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, except for items arriving damaged and documented by carrier. Clearance items are not eligible for warranty claims unless reports of defects are submitted within 14 days of delivery. Cosmetic damage isn't covered."

There's no where on their website that says final sale/clearance items may potentioally be damaged. If I would have known that my item would potentially be damaged, then I would have thought twice about buying the furniture.

Great pieces but beware when purchasing a final sale/clearance item.

"When visiting the Joybird store to see a sleep sofa in person, we were pleasantly greeted by Kyle. He was very knowledgeable, answering all of our questions regarding fabric choices, and provided us with sample swatches. When it was time to order, Kyle made it easy to do over the phone, again answering all of my questions about ordering and delivery. I could not have asked for better service."
