"big order. some items on backorder. tried to get them to ship the rest. they tried but could not seem get out of their own way. I gave up after 3 weeks of broken promises and canceled the entire thing. They still have not refunded the entire amount. I put a lot into selecting the items and trusted them with a significant purchase. They let me down to the point of never again. "

"I love my couch but the experience in getting it has been so awful I wish I had never ordered from them. Joybird delivered the couch in May and the company they hired damaged the walls in my home and the couch. They took no responsibility for it. It is September and I’m still waiting for them to reach out to fix it. Up to now I spoken to over 10 different people in customer service who have no information, only apologies. Also, no one ever followed up with me. The only person that has now taken the time to actually try to help is Breeana, thank you. "

"I decided I wanted to order a Holt sectional sofa from Joybird, but with all the fabric and color options, I found it difficult to make a final choice. I ordered the free fabric swatch packet and was really impressed with so may great choices. Joybird just had a great sale, but I made my final decision for my sofa fabric the day AFTER the sale ended. I sent an email to Customer Service to find out when the next Joybird sale was-and SURPRISE! The customer service rep send me a coupon code for 35% off my Holt sectional! I purchased my sofa that same day.
