Spencer at the West Hollywood location did a spectacular job assisting my husband and I with selecting our new couch. We were quite indecisive when looking thru the showroom and trying out each couch. Then the amazing selection of colors and textures made it a welcomed challenge as we played back and fourth with the assortments.
I want to do this 12 more time because it was so much fun playing with the options. Much recommend! "

"I had an amazing experience at the DTLA showroom with Leslie. She not only was very accommodating and inviting, but she was also not pushy and quickly understood my palate and what would interest me. Joybird's sales are amazing, but after designing a custom chair with ease, it will be hard to wait until a sale for my next purchase.
Another pleasant surprise for me was how comfortable the products are. Often from other sites, furniture looks nice but is cheaply made and uncomfortable. Joybird's furniture not only looks great but also feels high quality and comfortable.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend Joybird. It's the most affordable high-quality furniture I have come across."
