They then charge you for membership, which they claim to have in Ts&Cs but I cannot recall any such caveat. They must hide it well in time writing if it actually exists! Even when you have asked nothing further and they have charged you separately for your actual question, they use your bank details to charge over 4 times the amount of your initial fee. They then refuse to refund you even when you prove you have not used their services again or guarantee you will not use them in the future. I signed up and paid $2 to ask a question and the answer wasn't particularly helpful.

I have since been signed up to a membership charging $86 CAD a month when I never agreed to a membership. It literally said pay $2 to ask a question and that was all.

This is just a money grabbing company who don't look out for the people using their service to gain legal advice to limit the costs they are already burdened with. "
