"I called because I could not apply my VIP credit to a pair of black suede clogs. I asked the customer service representative If he could please place the order for me and apply my VIP credit. I was on the phone with him for about 48 minutes and through that process, he put me on hold at least six times. By the end of the call, we achieved nothing and he could not place my order for me. He told me he put an IT ticket to Call back within 24 to 48 hours."
