"I purchased a pair of awesome boots. Paid 58$ and change. A week later this sale for boots comes on and the same pair of boots is 20$. I called and they said they could do nothing except send the boots back and if they were still on sale I could reorder. Which is crazy. Even Nordstrom and Macy’s has a policy that they can fix with a few computer clicks. SO. I had to reorder at the lower price which in total was 28$ compared to 58$. Wait to get the néw boots, turn around and just send them back and wait for my 58$ credit. Absolutely the worst service ever. It’s a waste. Absolutely a waste. Shipping cost, employees time and a glitch that something could go wrong in the mail. I am going to be looking at me options and check around. I’ve been with shoe dazzle since 2014 and recently ordered from just fab ( the same company but different shops) there must be a simpler way. Sure employees get to work but still... what a headache for the consumer "
