"So i ordered a pair of boots and i can understand with it being christmas time it may take a little longer to receive them.. But not a week and a half after the order was made. When i went into my email to make sure i got the shipped confirmation email, which i have received, it was dated for December 2nd. But then received and email on the 3rd of December saying my order was confirmed.. How do i get a shipped email BEFORE the order confirmation??? I am going to get my boots and keep them but will NEVER use JustFab again. Obviously they are confused and have no idea what and when things are coming and going!! I am NOT going to pay ANYTHING for a membership. Honestly if i could get a refund and keep the boots, once they actually get here, i would.. "

"I can’t use my member credits even though I was charged because I forgot to skip the month but when I go to by something it won’t let me use my $39.95 credit. I chatted with support and they fixed it where I could use it. It showed my total as $3.40 but I got an email receipt and my total was over $43.00. They cancelled my order and offered to place another one with my member credit. I agreed and then I got another receipt for a $43 dollar charge. Horrible customer service. I called and spoke to someone who cancelled it and refunded my member credit. I am done with just fab!!!!"
