"An hour past the delivery window. No mattress. No call saying they will be late. Straight to voicemail when I call the number of the delivery company. Now I have to drag the old mattress back in the house since I do not expect them to arrive.
Too bad, up until now I would have given the experience 5 stars. Now they get 1. Little things count and delivery is not a little thing. I understand running late but at least call.
UPDATE: Kudos to Saatva customer service. I called the number provided on the email confirmation of the purchase. Even late on a Friday evening someone answered. I explained the problem and asked if they had a way to get in touch with the delivery service, Fortunately there was a way. Rosie got in touch with the delivery service then called me back to assure me they would arrive within half an hour. Minutes later the truck arrived. Ten minutes after that the foundation and mattress were set up and the truck was leaving. I was told the reason I did not get a call was that I live in the mountains and they did not have cell service. But customer service was able to reach them via email. Not sure what to make of that.
In any case, because of the help from the customer service rep I am going to raise the rating to 4 stars. Without her I would have dragged the old mattress back in just in time for the truck to arrive"

"I just ordered a mattress, box spring and frame from Loom and Leaf and was pleased at how helpful the young man was on the phone. I immediately received confirmation of my order by e mail. When they called two days later to confirm details, I mentioned that I had found a home for my old bed and didn't need them to take away the old mattress. My refund for the pick up charge was made within minutes to my credit card.
I hope the bed is as good as the service has been so far.
