"Called customer service just now to revise my order that was placed on Saturday 09/03... The CS rep was extremely helpful- made the change and assured me that there would be no mix up. Not often do you get a CS rep. on the phone as quickly as I did ! No wait time or recordings to press for different options. I am delighted to say the least, since I have a business to run as well and can not afford to wait on the telephone for assistance. Looking forward to a restful nights sleep. :) Frank Saracino"

INITIAL PHONE CALL

"This is no way says anything about the purchase I made. This in only in response to the customer service I received over the phone to discuss my order. I have not received my bed -- it should be here in the next few weeks.

As far as the representative that called......he was very courteous. He went over my complete order and said when the bed should be expected. He asked if I had any concerns and said Saatva strives to be the best in the industry. If the bed is anything like his manners, I will sleep PERFECT!
