So it's good for Saatva and also good for the customer.
The only thing that could have made it better was to have the team member be a bit more conversational and a bit less scripted. I understand that the purpose is confirmation, so there has to be a checklist of what must be said, but he was obviously reading and I barely got a word in edgewise. :)
Still, overall - a nice touch that is also useful.

"After making the decision to move up to a king size bed, it became my job to find us the best mattress for our investment. I spent an entire Saturday searching out information and reviews on the internet and decided to pursue Loom and Leaf. I liked the reviews I read about this company and really liked the fact that they sold direct from their factory and not through a dealer. The order form was very complete with exact measurements and soon after placing our order I received a call from a representative and we went over all my information and questions. Within days, I received another call from the company explaining that our mattress would be made and delivered in less than 15 days. Sure enough on day 11, I was called to set up a delivery schedule. Our bed was delivered and assembled by two very capable delivery men and we spent our first night in our Loom and Leaf bed two nights ago. What a joy!
