"Just ordered my mattress. I had talked online several times with different people as I had a lot of questions. Each time I talked to someone they were extremely helpful. And one more thing these people are online 24/7. Have you ever heard of a company 24/7 except banks and credit card companies. If you want to buy something in the middle of the night and have questions you have to wait till am to call customer service or get on line if the company has that feature.
I will give a review on my new mattress as soon as it arrives. O by the way I had read one review about a customer not getting her call from the company within 3 days. I ordered my mattress on Friday night and got a call today which is Sunday. The guy was real nice and informative. All I can say to that complaining customer is. Boy did you miss out by getting scared off. Definately your loss. "

Late last night I was on their website and I had LOTS of questions. I chatted online with two different customer service reps and each one answered all my questions thoroughly and professionally while at the same time put me at ease - making me feel like I was talking with a friend.

I have not received my mattress yet.
However, after doing weeks of research on line, and at mattress stores, I decided the Loom & Leaf was the one for us.
We are hopeful that the quality of our sleep and the stiffness we wake up with be greatly improved or better yet - gone with this mattress.

"Unfortunately I could not keep this mattress. I wish I could have because it seemed to be well made. It was just to firm for us.
The sale went really smooth. The delivery was on time with calls to let us know what was going on.
When I called to return it I was asked to try it for a while longer so I agreed. I called back after a while and told customer service I had to return it. They said no problem and processed the request. In a couple of days I received a full refund. A day or so later a call to pick up the mattress. We were going out of town so had to set pick up ten days out. Not a problem, so I had a full refund and the mattress at the same time, wow.
They picked it up when we got back. So my point is the money back if your not happy policy is solid."
