"After my first night sleeping on this mattress, I awoke today a touch more achy than usual. BUT I THINK THIS IS BECAUSE I SLEPT 9 HOURS, and my discomforts have been usually waking me after only 6 hours despite still being tired. I also hadn't been up to take my arthritis meds. If this becomes my new norm I'll be delighted, because I now actually feel rested.
It hadn't been my intention to talk about my experience of the mattress after just the one night, but I did intend to write about the company, and the sleep experience was different enough that I couldn't ignore it. As regards the company, when the mattress was delivered it had a small tear on the underside of the mattress, which I believe occurred sometime in transit. It was not a tear that would likely have effected function at any time, but I wasn't happy that a new mattress was already damaged, and sent the company a photo at 4:54pm on a Friday, and at 5:12pm they phoned me in response to my complaint. They are sending me a new mattress, and this was their suggestion. They didn't hesitate or squirm or make me feel bad for my unhappiness about the flaw, they just stepped up and took corrective action. Their website reports an approach of unusual politeness and prioritizing a positive customer experience. They have put their money where their mouth is, and that is a rare and valuable thing."

"I just purchased the mattress three days ago, and it takes between 7-15 days to arrive. So it is really hard for me to understand why I am being asked to give a review of my buying experience so far since I have not yet received the product yet.
As far as the several questions I had which entailed placing calls I to Loom and Leaf chatting with someone there and the call back I got yesterday as a follow-up to ensure my order was placed correctly, I am satisfied. They do seem to be doing a good, seemingly caring job so far in order to ensure that I am happy.
But I cannot in good conscience give an excellent rating when I am less than 50% invested in the process. "
