"I spent significant time researching options before deciding to order from Loom and Leaf. The on phone sales rep was friendly and helpful answering questions. The entire process from ordering to delivery was easy, and the mattress was delivered much faster than initially indicated. The mattress appears well made, and It initially feels very comfortable. It may be too soft, but time will tell. The mattress is significantly lighter than our previous memory foam mattresses and has straps for handling/moving. It was delivered fully expanded, not vacuum packed like other memory foam mattresses. So far I am very satisfied. Hopefully it will provide a better nights sleep."

"9 to 18 days.....big spread.....should be able to tell within 2 to 3 days.....meanwhile have to wait for delivery confirmation before putting together my Leggett and Platt adjustable bed frame (which ships from California and guaranteed delivery in 9 days) and moving my old bed to another room..would be 5 star review if not for this and no direct comparison between the memory foam mattress that I ordered and the latex model made by your company which should be on your website."

"I just wanted to say a refreshing Thank You to your company for being what you said you were. The bed is very nice and comfortable. NO bad smells from the foam process and my wife is very sensitive to smells. I look forward to her having better nights than she has been having. The only thing I would add to consider is that when someone from your company is trying to reach the customer. Please leave a voice mail to say who id calling. That way we can put the unknown number with the Loom and Leaf company.

Then I went to my brother's for a weekend and had the experience of sleeping on his and my sister-in-law's bed for 2 nights. He explained that as I , he had done a lot of research. Tired of going from mattress store to store. He found Loom and Leaf - Saatva Company. Oh My Goodness ! I was impressed. My bones did not ache. I slept like a log ( Or I slept without waking all night or moving )...Even with my 7 year old grand-daughter who kicks and dances all night...LOL ! Never felt her move. When I woke up she was lying cross ways of the king bed. Being me I had to find out more about this company. And the more I read the more I loved it. Actually considered Saavta the Mother Company or Sister Company with innerspring's . But I couldn't get my Brother's bed out of my head. But I had never owned a Memory foam. But Loom and Leaf is a different type of Memory Foam mattress......And the Price ! Memorial Day sales all over the place ie...Furniture, Department, Box and all Stores had what they considered Mid range Mattresses on sale. Now that I found out "The Mattress World" "What they don't want you to know". Loom and Leaf prices are so affordable and it is a very high end mattress ! Compared to $2600 or more mattresses. So I made my decision, I called and got Jason J in New York on the other end. Wow ! Even though the website is so complete I still had questions. I actually called the Saatva number and got Jason. He was patient, never pushed me one way or another. I told him of my issue's of sleep, how I slept, what I had slept on for year's, and more. He listened to everything I had to say. Then we deducted what I had said from there piece by piece. I had the BEST experience of ordering anything especially a major item online ever. Something I never considered doing before. I will never go look for a mattress again !!!! All the store's , different salesmen telling you all these different mattress make-up , coil count , gel infused hybrid's etc.. Plus you have to bargain Price with them.....finding one in a store and then you find another store has the same mattress ( called a different name) but same mattress and brand for one price as another wants you to pay more or get your blood pressure up trying to get the price down! I have also had a chance to lay on a Saatva firm my Cousin just bought and was delivered this past week , the first week of June 2016. It gave me a lot to consider. Jason J help me in this process. Listening and guiding me as what my needs are and future needs. I received a confirmation Email after I placed my order, a phone called when it was processed this afternoon June 10, 2016 and Email from Christian. He went over my order to confirm all was correct. And If I had any question's or concerns. Something you would not get buying from a Furniture, Box store(Mattress Firm Wal-Mart Department Store, Sam's, Costco's, Amazon or Any I know of ! I am glad my order is placed and my mattress is being made especially for Me! I am lucky as I know where my mattress is being made. I live 40 minutes from Greenville, SC. The manufacturer Park Place that make's Loom and Leaf to their specifications is close by and Made in The USA ! Another reason to Buy ! Considering buying a New Mattress ! Concern's about ordering over the internet ? Don't BE !
