"From the getgo, L&L seems to be right on the money. The sight is super "tech friendly" and well put together and purchasing is a breeze....I love all the natural elements in the quality of the product and based on all the positive reviews I read, it seems like a no-brainer. While I have never purchased a bed online, and couldn't imagine ever doing so, I couldn't resist giving it a try based on everything I read. It sounds like they actually have customer service that is responsive to the customer. In fact, I made a note back to the company after ordering that my phone number should be primary and the other secondary and they immediately changed it and sent me an email back to that effect. We placed the order in the late evening hours of Wednesday, June 22nd. and immediately received an email notification that the order had been processed and that I would receive a personal phone call withing 72 hours to review my order and to discuss their delivery process. Friday, June 24th I received their phone call and they left a pleasant message and followed up with an email to inform me of all the particulars of the delivery process. "I ordered a twin XL firm mattress without the foundation option. I decided the next day to order an 8.75" foundation so called L&L and was able to add it without affecting my order. The following day I discovered that the 4.25" would better serve my needs, so called L&L and again they bent over backwards to assist me. The following day I received a call from L&L verifying the details of my order,,, all the changes were up to date. Impressive, in this day and age where attention to detail is not the norm. So far I'm very pleased with L&L's service. Hope the mattress is as enjoyable."
