"It is very easy to get through the order w/o answering the "pick up your old mattress" question. There is no validation if the question is not answered so if you miss it, they assume you don't want the mattress picked up. I happened to ask the shipping company if they were going to pick it up and they were not aware. L & L did end up rectifying the issue, but it would be much easier if they simply required the customer to answer the question instead of making assumptions. "

"The information and purchase experience on the website was very good. I was pleased with the information on the mattress construction. I utilized the live chat feature to learn the weight of the mattress to see how difficult it would be to make up. The free set up will be a convenience and the 120 day return policy gives my wife and I comfort in the on-line purchase. A five minute test in a store is not sufficient and a the proof will be how we feel after a night's rest. I was also re-assured when part of the return policy was the information that re-stocked mattresses and not re-sold. "
"Alan was very patient. As a senior with Parkinson's I appreciate the time he took and not being high pressure. He was good at explaining the differences in mattresses and helped in deciding the right choice for our sleep patterns. Told him I'd call back in a few days and he mentioned his direct line, but also offered the toll free if he was unavailable. I previously had a upper end Kingsdown and my girlfriend had a Tempurpedic. We chose the Loom & Leaf so my partner would not feel all the shaking I exhibit during the night.
