"I spent many hours researching the purchase of our new adjustable bed frame and mattress. I've never enjoyed mattress shopping. It's one of the more confusing purchases to make and if you don't receive at least a 50% discount at a bricks & mortar store, you feel like you were getting ripped off. If any industry needed disrupted by online sellers, it is this one.
After doing my due diligence on online sellers, Loom & Leaf was a no brainer. Because of chemical sensitivities, a "bed in a box" was not a great option for me. As I discovered, the "bed in a box" process does not allow for quality construction and materials in a mattress. Loom & Leave provides the best of both worlds. You get outstanding service, a quality product and white glove delivery, at an online price point. "

"My husband and I purchased the "relaxed firm" mattress a year ago. It turns out that my husband and I had a lack of communication on whether or not we liked the mattress, and we missed the 120 return/exchange date. I did contact them in March, and was told we could do an exchange, but not an even exchange - we would be given a 30% discount to get the firmer option. We didn't follow through until just now. We really are not happy with the mattress we got last year - it is too soft for us, plus over time we've noticed a "ridge" down the middle. I sent an email yesterday, and had almost immediate response by someone named Roger. He was so nice, and we discussed our issues and possible solutions. He was extremely helpful in explaining why we probably felt this one is too soft for us, and why there's the ridge down the middle. He suggested things we might try before investing in the purchase of the firmer mattress. However, we decided to go ahead and take the offer of 30% off, and get the firmer. I think it will be just what we are looking for. Again, he gave us options even on that.
I have to say that they do have excellent customer service, and when they say they want their customers happy, they truly mean it, and will do all that they can to make things right for their customers."
"Sales Rep over the phone answered a few of my questions and concerns. He was excellent at taking care of me. He gave me his number so I could reach him back but, he actually stayed with me and called me back. I looked at many mattresses on line and some how they did not compare with the ergonomics and mechanics for a great bed. I have asthma and there were many things I had read on the web site that I had no idea how a mattress could not be healthy. I am so happy I found the Saavta line and Loom and Leaf on line.
