"Purchase could not have been easier, I did it online, mattress arrived and was set up for us by delivery team, it was obvious at a glance that the mattress was of the highest quality, absolutely sold on this company and will buy my next mattress from Saatva, that being said I am going to send the loom and leaf mattress back and we are going to order a Saatva Luxery firm coil spring mattress, the Loom and Leaf foam mattress is comfortable but we just are not adapting to a memory foam mattress, I am not reducing my 5 star rating because as I stated it's a beautifully constructed mattress and I'm sure most people would love it."

The delivery company confirmed the day before arrival and then again 30 minutes before delivery. Two great men were in and out of the house in a jiffy--before noon.

My wife and I have been sleeping on the mattress for two days. I am happy that we chose the relaxed firm. My wife just told me that the mattress is a "keeper." The only thing that could have made this purchase less stressful on my relationship with my wife would have been for Saatva to find some way to have allowed us to lay on this mattress before we bought it. However, if our experience can help others, please be assured that this is a superior mattress from a superior company. Don't be afraid to take a chance."
