"The buying process has been streamed lined similarly to Amazon. It is very easy to find what you want and purchase it in limited clicks. My only thought on an improvement would be with the linear base. It is hard to see how the massage feature works as all you see is the metal part. You do not see the box that they say is in there etc. Having a better mechanical view would be helpful for me so I can understand it better. "

"Everything about ordering the bed and the whole experience was great. It was delivered and set up which was a service I have never done before. I also have never bought a bed online before. After researching and finding what bed should be ideal for how I sleep I chose their most commonly sold mattress. My back is always in pain for hour after waking up and I had hope borrowing a bunch of money so I could afford a nice bed would help that. After finally paying off my bed and trying new pillows, covers, and positions I still wake up in pain. I sleep better on my girlfriend's mattress and the hotel mattress on my vacation. It is a nice bed, and it is probably great for most people but for some reason not me. My lower back has been killing me and I want to be able to stay in my own home, sleep in my own bed, and feel rested and relaxed. Not sore and in pain when I wake up. I am not leaving a bad review and nothing was bad about the mattress but it did nothing to help me after spending almost 2k."
