She asked me to send pictures of my bed frame to make sure that the adjustable frame would fit. We spoke on the phone at least a half a dozen times.. She was knowledgeable, personable, patient, and she guided me to making the correct choice of bed. She could teach how to be the perfect Customer Service Rep
This company is the top of the line ion my opinion, coming from me that is quite a complement ... and I only hope that the mattress equals the quality of customer service that I have experienced.
