After one week I called to find out when my bed would arrive and the guy checked and said that it's being made in the factory and someone would call me next week to schedule a delivery. I pressed him for some kind of estimate as to when it would be delivered and he said that he can't tell me. Then he repeated the line from the initial order that it will take between 5-12 days.
Really? You've got to figure that this company has one King mattress made and should be shipped out the same day as the order is placed. I hope the mattress is better than their communication. "

I find out today it goes through inspection on the 14th and won't be here until the 18th or so. That won't work. I was originally told online if I called in and asked for expedited shipping they could do it. Called in paid and got the call today. Too bad, I was going to order 2 Queen size for my home.
