"I ordered a mattress and foundation from your website recently. One of the reasons I ordered from Loom and Leaf is because it does ship from within Canada. The first step in making my order was to input my postal code to determine if L&L was available in my area. All good.

Imagine my surprise when I received my receipt via email only to see that I'd been charged in USDollars rather than Canadian dollars. This is not insignificant given the current exchange rate. Seeing that I was being charged in US Dollars also made me wonder if I was paying US Tax on the purchase of Canadian goods or if I would be charged customs/duties later. Bad customer experience.

Its not rocket science to ensure that Canadian customers are redirected to a Canadian website or are at least given the option to shop in Canadian dollars. "
