"During the process of shopping for a mattress, I came upon Saatva products and visited their websites to explore different mattress and base options. I wasn't sure whether I wanted a luxury innerspring mattress with a memory foam top (saatva.com), a full multi-layered memory foam mattress (loomandleaf.com), or an all organic mattress (zenhaven.com). With each visit to these websites, a soft pleasant sound reminded me that an agent was available by chat or by phone. No chat window opened unless I opened it. There was no pressure at all, only an open invitation if I had questions. For two weeks, I was in stores mattress shopping by day, and online by day and night. It was helpful to receive timely answers from a friendly Saatva agent 24/7. I never experienced a 'close the sale' moment, just an invitation to return with any further questions--either to speak with the same agent or 'any friendly agent'. There was no competition between agents, only a desire to serve. I spoke with four agents over two weeks, and they were all terrific! I finally decided on my mattress last Saturday, and my agent effortlessly stepped me through finance options. The purchase was quick and pleasant. Now I'm excitedly preparing my bedroom and awaiting delivery! I would rank Saatva at the top of online buying experiences."

"We purchased a King relaxed firm mattress from Saatva and have been happy with it. However, we have not been happy with our experience purchasing the Adjustable Lineal base. First, it wasn't until we had finished our purchase that we realized that the base has no returns at all. I think that is something that should be mentioned right up front and not found on an e-mail receipt. Next, they also do not mention that the delivery people will not attach your base to an existing headboard. That is something we found out when we received notification that the base was on its way. Since we are seniors, we have not found anyone to move the king mattress and base to attach it. I am sorry they weren't more forthcoming with information about the base because our experience with the mattress and delivery were good. "
