I already bought a bed, $1,700.00. (#3461996) I'm retired NYC Firefighter living on a fixed limited disability pension and Social Security Disability. Why when you remove the mattress, not the entire bed as an exchange. Up to this point I was thrilled with your service and products. But this development changes my mind. I guess I'll have find another company for future purchases. Please re-consider. I hate to throw a good un-used bed away in the garbage. Your products deserve better.

I have bought many mattresses in 77 years and always from a retail store. Never was I offered any amount of time to see if I was satisfied. Surely not 120 days like Loom and Leaf.
