The mattress itself is very nice. I think it is firmer than I had expected but still extremely comfortable (sleeping on it for about a month), I tend to like softer mattresses and my husband likes super firm, so we had to find something for both of us. No odor whatsoever. No excess warmth. The quality seems excellent.

"Issues with delivery and dishonest company, I had my family coming for Christmas, ordered the mattress 18 days before, they promised to deliver it before the holiday and scheduled a delivery date, they didn't showed up and didn't bother to call. When I called them they kept saying that they will check the status and get back to me and they never did, they lied and said they kept calling me and the phone didn't work but I got phone calls all day, then they said they emailed me but I didn't got any email from them what so ever. "My L&L mattress was ordered on Monday, 12/18 and I asked if delivery could be expedited. Initially I was told that it could not, but received a call later in the day offering delivery on Friday, 12/22. We don't have it yet (it's only 12/19). I have received two phone calls from Saatva: one from "Tiffany" and the other from "Stephanie". Both were professional & courteous, with one actually responding to an email sent (literally) minutes earlier.
