They called ahead to arrange a time and were prompt and courteous. I just ordered a Loom & Leaf mattress 2 days ago for my son. The process has been easy so far. They also give email updates on your order.

"To start, their firmness rating is VERY misleading. Their "Flagship" firmness called Relaxed Firm should just be called Plush. There's no other way to say it. Anyhow, I purchased a KING Relaxed Firm. The product is amazing. However, when the mattress was delivered, I almost sank into the bed. Since my old mattress was already gone, I kept the Loom and Leaf I purchased. After calling customer service, they tell me they'll be happy to switch out the mattress for $99 deliver charge. I mean, my god, I already paid $1300 for the bed. They don't tell you about that charge in the 120 day trial period. Long story short, because they cut out the middle man sooooo much, they don't even have a showroom...or even a room, for me to check out the firmer version. And, I live only 30 minutes from the delivery hub. Customer service was not flexible at all. So....be careful of buying something so personal with an online company that doesn't have a way for you to test before you buy. Cheers"
