I'm so frustrated and I am constantly emailing both Saavta & the delivery company and no one has reached out to me or tried to remedy this situation. Now my matress is sitting in a dirty warehouse somewhere and I am beyond frustrated with this company. "

To be honest, my friends and I were skeptical of ordering a bed online, especially one that I couldn't try out in a store. I did my research, reading reviews and watching YouTube videos. I am happy to report that the total experience from the online chat person answering all of my questions to the eventual purchase, delivery and setup was outstanding. I was treated like a valued customer the entire time and I especially liked receiving a text asking me to confirm the height totals of my mattress, foundation and frame.
