"So far my experience has been wonderful with Loom and Leaf. I ordered my mattress from their website which was super user friendly and helpful. I accidently ordered a King instead of California King, completely my fault (I was reading the measurements of each mattress and never clicked back on the correct one). I panicked, but I called the number and it was corrected in a matter of seconds, no questions asked, no hard time, just completely handled and an accurate order email was immediately sent to me. A couple of days later I received a text message from Loom and Leaf letting me know my mattress was heading into production and to confirm my order was correct. "So I did a lot of research about this bed. After six weeks I bit the bullet. The agents on the website answered every question I had (and there were a lot), before I made my purchase. Once the purchase was made, Loom and Leaf kept me informed and my bed was delivered in about 10 days or less. The delivery guys were terrific even though they had a lot of deliveries that day. Set up my bed, made sure the adjustable bed fit my existing frame, which I wanted to keep (it was custom made). They even tested the adjustable bed to make sure it was working properly.
The experience was terrific and I'm sleeping better than I have in years. It's really hard to get out of bed, but I"m getting such restful sleep.
I had my doubts about making such a big purchase online, but Loom and Leaf has a great business model and the customer service to back it up. Well done!"
