"The delivery of my king mattress and adjustable base didn't go well, but after submitting a review the customer service department contacted me and ensured that the situation was completely resolved. The customer satisfaction director was sincere and effective in correcting the problem.

"I spoke with Sandy two times to and the second time was to order. On both occasions we spoke about two (2) twin king mattresses. I gave her my name several times. In checking the order I found the following errors:
1. Invoice stated one king mattress. Price $1499.
2. Name misspelled , but Bernard Should be Barnard
3. When I called and spoke with another rep because Sandy was not available. Your email said to speak with anyone if you had a problem. She stated she would change the mistakes, but I had to pay an extra $100 for the two mattresses. That was never discussed when I spoke with Sandy. In all fairness Sandy was very nice when we spoke. I guess she may be new or just overworked.

LNL aka Saatva reputations speaks for it self, but any smart consumer would love to make a purchase and 1/3 the price of the well known TP brand.. This sure beats the 5 minute tests at a mattress store combined with Used Car sales techniques. With there great trial period , warranty longer than most makes LNL makes a WIN WIN!!!!
