"My order was initially declined because of a fraud alert on my card. I've made large purchases online with this same card many times so I'm not sure why it was this time that Citi would place a fraud alert on this particular transaction. When I called, I was informed that that was most likely the problem, so I contacted Citi and got the fraud alert taken off so the transaction could be processed. Seems easy enough. However, the real issue is that there seemed to be a communication break down within Loom and Leaf representatives. While I already processed the payment with the representative over the phone, I received an email saying my payment was declined. Then I received another from the representative I was on the phone with saying everything was processed. But then I received another email from another Loom and Leaf representative saying it was declined again. I had to call and ask about the status of the order, since the latest email said it was declined, and the representative said it was indeed processed. But this created confusion and I had to sit on the phone again to clarify. I also wish there was a way to track the order. It's been 8 days and I don't have any way to track the status of the mattress. I just hope my experience sleeping on the Loom and Leaf is better than my experience ordering it. "

"During my research to find a bed, I had questions and I just IM (instant message) the customer service desk. They were able to answer all my questions. I ordered the bed with ease. I am waiting on bed for delivery. Why I ordered this bed was risk free for 120 days. If I need to change bed due to comfort issues, they will exchange bed for nominal delivery/set up fee for the exchange bed. Great Deal !!!"
