(It appeared to be well-constructed and high quality, but I am a very picky sleeper and it slept a little too hot for me.) I would still highly recommend purchasing from this company. Everything about the experience is easy - ordering, home delivery and setup, returns. They sent me a free cooling mattress cover when I first called to report that the mattress was sleeping hot, then accepted the return no questions asked when the mattress cover didn't help. The 120 day trial period is fantastic for letting the customer get used to the mattress and make an informed decision about comfort. "
