"Website is easy to navigate and access to product information was very good. I like the opportunity to try the bed and that it's delivered by people not come in a box delivery model. I did have some questions about the cross contamination between the Zenhaven manufacturing and the Leaf and Loom bed I bought because I have an allergy to Latex which was caused by sleeping on a latex bed for 5 years and I cannot have any latex cross contamination. The customer service person for Leaf and Loom told me since I was not ingesting the latex I will be okay which his not accurate information about latex allergy reactions. She could not completely provide me with assurance of the manufacturing process that the bed I purchased would not come into contact with Latex from the manufacturing of the Saavta Zenhaven bed. I would have liked to have more certainly around this. I'm looking forward to receiving my bed and hopefully can start having a good night sleep in a bed that is safe. "
"After much research I decided this was the bed for us. My husband is larger and has back and shoulder issues. I'm not one that likes to buy a major purchase as this without seeing it and trying it out but felt with all the high ratings I would take the chance. We are so glad we did. They were easy to deal with. After just one night my husbands back and shoulder pain was so much less. I would highly recommend this bed to anyone."

"I was browsing online for about a half hour on the Casper site. I read some reviews and after some sub-par ratings, came across a guy saying he's going to check out L&L. I ended up chatting online with both and L&L and Casper rep, and the L&L value proposition just rang much louder. I got much more out of the L&L reply especially when I asked about how they differentiate vs. Casper. When I did the same with Casper, they avoided the question and just talked about themselves. Also kind of liked how you stand by your prices and don't devalue the product with discounted rates.
