"I was impressed by Loom and Leaf's customer service starting with the chat feature they actually answered when I opened a conversation at 3am. I live in Canada and was happy to hear I could purchase a mattress.
Johnthan talked me thru using Pay Pal. He converted the cost from USD to Canadian in real time just like you see on Google, locked in the price and sent me an invoice in Canadian. I got to use my Canadian Visa without the 2.5% exchange mark up and still received my card points.
The cost of the mattress, boxspring, frame, delivery and removal was less than just a high quality mattress in Canada even with a 70 cent exchange rate. The difference from the top competitor in memory foam mattresses was thousands.
If you live in Canada give them a call. I can't wait to get my mattress and I have no worries the same trial period applies.
