"Not really impressed with the delivery time, the 9 to 18 Business days is a eternity in today's economy. It's like Comcast saying, we will be at your house any time between 8am and 6pm. Look if the mattress has to be made to order, I can understand a extra day and if Its shipping from China I could even go for 3 or 4 more days. But I cannot understand that because it was not spelled out for me. I have had many of large items shipped from China and even South Korea get to my house in less that a week. I know of 40+ foot boats that have been made and shipped in less time. "

"I ordered it on the 10th and got a voicemail from the delivery service on the 16th for a delivery on the 20th. I set up an appointment that had a 4 hour window period. Overall, I was impressed that it was done faster than anticipated. So far I love the cushioned top layer, makes it more comfortable and similar to the Heavenly mattress I was used too. Previously I had used the Leesa mattress which I unfortunately am having to return it as it was too firm for my taste. This mattress is just perfect so far and I've only slept in it a few nights. "
