"I usually am not one for reviews but I absolutely had to write a review encouraging everyone to buy a Loom & Leaf. After extensive research (talking to people and reading LOTS of reviews online) I decided to purchase a Loom & Leaf. My husband was skeptical buying a mattress from the internet but it just had too many good reviews to not give it a shot and with the generous return policy what did we have to lose? From the first night we slept on it we both knew we had a great thing. My husband loved the perfect amount of firm support immediately and noticed a distinct decrease in his back pain from the first night. The mattress is completely cool and we have not felt any of the heat you can normally get from a memory foam. I could go on forever but, suffice it so say, this is a great mattress and you would be doing yourself a favor to at least give it a try! We ordered the relaxed firm and believe it to be the perfect mixture of firm and soft. My one complaint about the company is that I had to actually SEARCH for a way to write this review. After purchasing the mattress and setting up a delivery time I have never heard from the company again (had the mattress for about a month at this point). For a company that truly seems to pride itself on customer service, you would think they would reach out or at the very least send an E-mail asking for a review. That was the one thing I found strange. For the most part, the purchasing and delivery aspects of the entire ordeal were flawless! Thanks guys!"
