Happy with sales help

"I had a two chat sessions with the sales staff, the second of which resulted in a phone call and purchase. Both persons were informative and helpful and did not exhibit any of the pressure tactics one gets during a mattress purchase from a brick and mortar store. I only remember the second person's name--Simone--but both were terrific. The mattress I purchased had a cutesy name--"relaxed firm"--but I attribute the marketing to an effort to respond to the fact that everyone wants a firm mattress without knowing what it means. The sales staff asked questions about how I slept and based on that made a suggestion along with an explanation of why they made their suggestion. Made sense."

Online personnel were very nice to work with.

"I began my experience with Loom and Leaf by researching their product information online first. Once I had knowledge of the company and the product I was given an invitation to chat with a Service/ Sales person online to ask questions. We went back and forth chatting on a few concerns and questions. Eventually I called the company to further discuss my buying options. I wasn't sure I wanted to purchase such a higher dollar item online, but all questions were answered and I felt more at ease with the process. After discussing with my spouse the contact I had both online and over the phone we made the decision to purchase a Queen Relaxed Firm mattress. We are now waiting for our mattress to be made and delivered to our home. Our experience has been pleasant so far.

"Not talking to a live person is sometimes challenging but the chat box helped out with that. Just praying the mattress will be what I am hoping for. I did try the Sleep Number 10 and it was great but too, was the price. If I can get the comfort from this mattress that my back needs, I will be more than satisfied. "

Great Experience So Far!

"After conducting much online research I settled on Loom & Leaf as the best mattress for my needs. The website is incredibly easy to use, and I loved that whatever questions I had that weren't immediately answered in the FAQ I was able to ask an online chat assistant. I ordered that same night! My only wish is that we could purchase in CAD instead of USD."

"I first started with a "chat" with Laura and after my questions were answered I asked to place my order. I gave her my phone number and she called and took my order. I let her know that I am hearing impaired and she spoke up and spoke plainly, that was a great help to me.
