"Full disclosure: Loom & Leaf does not have any inventory of mattresses. I wish I had known that before placing my order because delivery will take at least two full weeks. When you are told that delivery will be in 5 to 17 days, it is a lie. Delivery will be at least 14 days, perhaps more. It will never be 5 days. Your mattress is only manufactured after you place your order. Then they will give you a list of all the processes it goes through before delivery to make it seem as though your particular mattress is getting extra care. Every other mattress company will deliver a mattress the next day after ordering. I have yet to sleep on a Loom & Leaf mattress, but it best to be like a cloud! And if you get Gerson in customer service, hang up. He talks directly on the mouthpiece & uses 10 times the number of words needed to communicate an idea. "

I used the chat for various questions. Dawn was very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. She was not pushy or at all heavy-handed. When I had additional questions about the fit of the frame with my traditional bed, she called and answered them precisely and cheerfully. I went ahead and purchased my new L&L mattress and support from Dawn during that phone call. She is a great representative of the company and reflects a "the customer comes first" attitude by Saatva.
