Delivery company in SF called Juston Blanket Delivery is completely a joke and run by unprofessional team. 1) their email address looks like spam 'Schedule42' - most customer would not read or it would go directly to spam. 2) I only read it because no one called me about delivery for weeks and after I called Loom&Leaf or texted my rep, he told me to call Schedule42 aka Justo Blanket Wrap Delivery 3) I called them and the lady answered the phone yawned the entire time and call me 'hon'. Told me I could pick morning or afternoon delivery 4)I called back a few days later to reschedule due to a last min business trip, the lady answered the phone asked me for ref number and I think forgot to put me on mute, while I was waiting for about 5 minutes, I could hear her chatting with her peers about movies and things they did over the weekend. She finally came back to me to ask me to repeat my ref number?? so basically she was putting me on hold chatting with her friends then forgot that she was actually working and had a customer waiting 5) she told me that she could not give me morning or afternoon options which was different than what I was told. And said to me that once they started to delivery on the day, I can follow where the delivery team is at the schedule my day accordingly - as if I can just move my meetings around on the same day whenever I wanted.
When I order furniture from RH or Room and Board, the Delivery process was always impeccable and with trained professional to speak with you on the phone. Loom and Leaf, you unfortunately hired a very lowly trained delivery company - and the name "Justo Blanket wrap service'??? awful delivery experience especially they basically ask you to wait ALL DAY for a mattress delivery. Too bad they are ruining your company reputation out in the bay area. I would not recommend your mattress to anyone due to the delivery service. "
