" Our experience with Loom and Leaf has been terrific. The delivery company was excellent- just as we hoped it would be. The mattress has been excellent so far. (2 nights) We chose the relaxed firm and are very happy we did. It is quite firm but has been very comfortable. It took me 1 night to acclimate to the new mattress as our old memory foam mattress was 14 years old and showing its age. Quite a difference. By the 2nd night I was enjoying the support provided by the new mattress. I am 6'2" and 250 lbs. My wife is 5'2" and 125 lbs. We are both comfortable and have not noticed any rolling or weight transfer when we move or get out of bed. I think this mattress is more firm than our old mattress even when it was new. Although, when ordering the mattress, there's a section for comments that I was asked to complete if I had any special requests. I requested that I did not need a home set up and they can just leave mattress at the door; and to no charge me the $99. With all the communication to me, nothing was ever mentioned about that request and I was still charged the $99.00, like it was never even see. (It's still visible on my order). Im curious to find out if they'll still just drop it at my door and still charge me the $99...... we'll see!"
