"overall, my experience ordering my mattress with Loom & Leaf was superb. My husband and couldn't decide between this mattress and another mattress. There were some hesitations on which mattress we wanted to buy. Nevertheless, I opened a cart on each site and filled out the information on each site. The only thing left to do was to hit the order/pay now button.

After some time, I decided that I needed to take a break and think about which mattress to get (as my husband was okay with both options), so I canceled both carts and moved on to something else.

l received an email from Loom & Leaf shortly after asking if I had any trouble ordering or had any questions. This was my opportunity to discuss my hesitations about purchasing this particular mattress. After some discussion and research, I decided to go ahead and purchase the mattress.

Not only did I receive a confirmation email, I also received an invoice the next day, and shortly after (within 24 hours) received an update on the status of my mattress.

"I found the site for Saatva by stumbling across it, the gold stars made a spark and caught me.. I looked at website then someone, Jenna, chatted with me in wee hours of one morning. She sold me on your customer service. I had already ordered a SF brand from a store in town, the owner was not nice when I made a repeat visit for questions, he acted horrible, & my money was non-refundable but I had option to get a different bed, like the uumm.. Temp-ting $$ higher one... ha! NOT! .. I may be stuck with one mattress from him, and it's likely to be wonderful.. but he will not get anymore of our money or business ever!
Anyway, Jenna was so sweet..then my hubby told me.. "We need a new bed in guest room, get the mattress you think will help your shoulder/back the most." ( I have a super wonderful hubby) I thought I'ld get the Saatva but part of me wished for a foam to try for these pains.. still searching the net.. I noticed L&L was a Saatva brand!! oh jump for joy!
Come into the picture is Melody from L&L website (Saatva) .. more questions, reviews read, all sounds good, great.. and I picked up phone and called her directly to order, as my computer had her online too.. That was yesterday, today I get this to respond to.. and that other brand, S&F was just delivered to the guest room an hour ago.. I told them, "My 'special' mattress is going to my room later, this one is guest bed." and I just smiled thinking of how nasty he had been about my questions.. and smiled knowing I don't have to sleep on his ol' bed! but I might till we get our new L&L delivered in 9-18 days... after-all.. that S&F bed didn't choose that dealer!
Now, back to this.. detour over, .. so far it's been a happy trail leading to our new L&L, looking forward to it arriving and singing Happy Trails to you as drift off to sleep later in the month. Hopeful that this shoulder/back will drift off to sleep too. "
