I wound up ordering anyway, but it was a rather nasty surprise to see the price in USD once I'd added it to my cart. There was a Canadian flag at the top of the page, which typically means that it's in CAD, and the only obvious sign it wasn't in CAD was when I went to check out.
For a company that prides itself on customer service, this deceptive price is extra frustrating."

"I was excited to order my new mattress online. I have been sleeping on a Leesa for the past 45 days and it is not what I expected. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with the online order and PayPal Credit as it did not total the deliver fee with mattress into total for credit app and I could not pay additional $99 separate through PayPal. Luckily I called the L&L customer service and a helpful employee walked me through the purchase process. I am rating the online purchase experience as 2 stars but the L&L customer service as 5 stars.
