After countless hours researching various other mattresses online ( and in-store) we decided on the Loom and Leaf because the craftsmanship looked better and because of the healthier materials used. "Just bought on line. Got email stating my order was processed and they will begin work and provide update with 36 hours. Next email a couples of days later with the update...which was product will ship 9-18 days from purchase. This was information already provided. The email was worthless and makes the company look unorganized. So either theyre unorganized or some genius read you have to be in contact with the buyer every so often so theyre meeting that criteria in a lazy way."

"This afternoon our new mattress arrived without a hitch. We even had a call from the delivery folks telling us that it was on the way.
It was certainly good looking so that it was hard to cover the view with bedding!!! And soooo comfortable for my test drive so far.
Beginning with the "Thank You" from Kristen, it has been a most pleasurable experience...even a "smidge" higher than out other bed some years ago.
I also want to high light the delivery/set up folks. They were excellent and efficient in putting all together including the frame "construction" that I had worried about even with the assurance that indeed the delivery folks would put it all together. They sure did !!! So....our THANKS also to all you folks."
