The ordering process was easy, there was a customer service rep on chat almost automatically to ask my questions of, the order went through... I'm still hoping that in the next few days I get a 'narrower' window than "9-18 days from now your bed will be delivered" but as long as I get at least a few days notice on what DAY it's coming (the documentation says the day before I will get a 4 hour window I need to be home) I think we'll be ok. I *will* need more than 24 hours to 'reschedule my day' if the window is during the hours I am not guaranteed to be home... so... 4 stars... cause I'm not over-the-moon-excited, but definitely more than just satisfied."

"I bought a Saatva luxury firm 2.5 years ago. I believed it needed some type of warranty work. When I called customer service they offered me the option of shipping it back and having it repaired.
Before my phone call, I did some research and decided I would really like to have one of the new Loom and Leaf mattresses. I was offered by customer service to exchange my mattress for a brand-new L&L foam mattress at a very minimal cost. I am eagerly awaiting it's delivery.
