"Loom and Leaf has a very fine product but can't seem to support it with a credible delivery system.
I've purchased twice within 3 months. The first delivery was short half of the order and unusable until the second portion could be made and shipped. I received a $100 credit for the inconvenience. After eventually taking delivery, I tested the mattresses for 45 days and ordered a third mattress, and that order was to be delivered on an agreed upon date only to be cancelled on the morning of the delivery and notified that the mattress hadn't as yet even been made. I cancelled the order and declined the offer of another $100 credit.
It turns out the local cartage service schedules deliveries without the product in hand on a triggering signal from Loom and Leaf. The delivery company told me that it doen't even know whether the product is in its hands until the morning of the delivery. Someone in this business is either too clever or too incompetent. Two gross identical errors in 90 days with the same customer?!! The mattress isn't that much better than others and neither is the exchange and warranty to deal with this kind of service.
Novosbed just got my order and the chance to do more business with a satisfied customer if they simply do what they say they will do.
