"So I had problems with a Newegg Order regarding a shipment problem. FedEx "couldn't locate recipient". Which was the weirdest thing considering I had it delivered to one of their stores for pickup. "I have been a Newegg customer for years and have not had a bad experience until now. I needed to adjust a shipment destination after the purchase was made but before the item was shipped. Newegg was slow to respond to my request, missed communication with a shipper and did not follow through with our agreement to resolve the problem despite having my request upgraded to a supervisor. Even after 4 phone calls and one chat session the problem kept compounding. I was getting awfully PO'd.
Then I spoke to Efrain. He was able to do all of the things all of the other employees that I spoke to could not. He found a solution, was able to correct the previous problem, adjusted the price so I did not lose my discount and arranged for 2 day shipping for the item so I could meet my deadline.
This review would have been different if not for Efrain. I hope Newegg appreciates the good job he did. I know I do."

"This was my first purchase with a third party seller on Newegg, and it was the worst online transaction i have ever made, it has been 3 weeks since i placed the the order and i still have not seen the item, i actually canceled the item on the 11th day after purchase but instead of the third party seller refunding me my money they shipped the item and gave me a tracking number, I made several calls to Newegg on this matter and on my last I got a fellow buy the name of Barney who was Extremely helpful and patient person who took the time to contact the freight company to find out what is going on and then messaged the third party seller to demand they issue a refund. His help in this matter is what every customer service interaction should be like. I have been buying electronics from Newegg since 2006 and never had a issue and still haven't had a issue with Newegg themselves to this day, i would recommend buying from Newegg, but stay away from the third party sellers when ever possible, I would also like the Thank Barney at Newegg for all he has done. you're the best."

"I must honestly say that if there is a perfect company, Newegg is definitely it,...!!! I know every one I have ever dealt with has been outstanding. I would like to send a shout out to Barney.P.Butterfield, this fella is wonderful. This guy not only goes above and beyond the call of duty he makes me feel like a valued customer each and every time I have had to contact him. "You rock Barney,...thanks for being you." I do not have anything negative to say about Newegg,...well other then they haven't offered me a job yet. *LOL* I have been a extremely loyal customer since 07/29/2004. I will also remain a extremely loyal customer as well. Also in my personal opinion if anyone has anything remotely negative to say about this company, they are complete morons. I do have a few things that I would like to say. The biggest thing is, Newegg is worst then crack. Once you go Newegg there is no going back. *LOL* I would also like to see the Daily Deals updated DAILY. When you have a Newegg habit as bad as I do, you want to get your daily fix! I would also like to see a change in the way the page loads from time to time. I am always having to change the amount of items displayed from 36 to 96 and the sort by. I must say that this gets rather annoying. I would also like to see a much easier way to get to the combo deals and whats new and etc. I tend to have to usually google it. (I have book marked it though, but for future users it would be nice) I would also like to have a better idea about the cut off times for shipping out. I realize Newegg ships from various warehouses in different times zones. I would also like to see some sort of award system or incentive program for customers like myself who strives to do business with Newegg as much as possible. Also if I did have a real complaint about the company, it would be that I should be a Premier Newegg customer with out having to pay extra. In my opinion I have done enough business with Newegg that I should be a Premier customer for life. I would also like to see a change in the dead pixel policy as well on returns. I must confess that just because of this issue I tend to buy all my displays from Amazon. I would also like to say that another thing that REALLY upsets me about Newegg is the fact that everything is based on Pacific time for the most part. That's like the Newegg Now deals launch at 1pm eastern. I don't know about the rest of the east coast but I am typically working at that time. I honestly think that if Newegg changed a few minor things, they would really put a hurting on Amazon! It would only take a few minor changes to for Newegg to gain so much more business. I will always be a loyal dedicated Newegg customer, that's for sure. I am only offering these suggestions and my opinions to see further growth out of what is in my opinion the BEST company in the United States period.
