"Placed an order thru Newegg for a battery charger for Canon camera SD500. The Battery itself is NB-3L, But got a Charger for NB-13L instead. Called Newegg by Phone 3X on 03/10/18, 03/15/18 and 03/29/18. Was the last call that solved the problem. The name of Newegg agent was Brandy. She called Logan at Photo4Now and asked Logan to send express the right Charger NB-3L or refund it. Finally Logan called me that the NB-3L is not available in stock. So that I will bet a refund of $5 from Logan. The worst things were:
1. From 03/10/18 up to 03/15/18 were never able to contact Photo4Now at ***-***-**** and ***-***-****. Both phones were always busy. I did called them many many times
2. Photo4Now never responsed to the request of Neweggs agents between 03/10/18 to 03/29/18
3. I cannot use my Canon Camera when it was needed the most because the battery is empty.
4. I have to repurchase the charger for NB-3L by browsing online again

Only received tax bill from Connecticut for personal account, had to pay for last 3 years because newegg breached trust. Now I got email saying if I get a tax bill after the 18th they can help, well to little too late. They are no longer a vendor we will deal with ever again. "
