When package arrived there was NO gift card... I contacted them and was told they could no longer get them, and they switched the card for a gift card from their store with a minimum purchase of $100... they would give me $50 off. They claim this is a much better deal. My issue is this is a true BAIT AND SWITCH and Newegg does nothing about it. They allow them to do it.. "
"An understandable mix-up in the instructions for key redemption led to the inability to redeem (wrong site address due to the company that awarded the key). Had a quick live chat, exchanged some emails with proof of the issue (screen cap), was redirected to the correct site, and told there was an email of the corrections already being sent out to all those who received the same instructions."

"Bought a reconditioned Dell laptop from Newegg. The laptop performed as expected, but the battery would not charge. Newegg referred me to the reconditioner (Joy Systems), who sent me a replacement charger. Initially it did not work, but removal and replacement of the (same) battery resolved the issue, and the laptop was soon at 100% charged. Both Newegg and Joy Systems were responsive to my issue."
