So, the seller was going to charge me a 15% restocking fee + return shipping across the US for a 30lb item... an extra $65 cost on me, for *their* mistake.
Called up customer service & was blown away. I expected them to cite the seller's restrictive return policy, but instead, they sided with me after some due diligence & assured me they would make it right. I had considered doing a chargeback, but they solved the problem immediately by waiving the restocking fee & getting me a pre-paid label for the return.
