"While shopping for new parts to build my new computer, I had the choice of shopping on here or on Amazon.com for some important purchases for my computer. Newegg.com was THE ONLY website that could compete with Amazon for prices, quality, and timely delivery.
But most importantly, the customer service representatives on Newegg.com (In particular, the lovely Chelsea W.) was AMAZING. When I had already purchased an item on Newegg that went on sale on Amazon, I was given the discount/price match that Amazon had in addition to the mail-in rebate that was already included with my purchase. When the same thing happened to another item I had already purchased, I was able to receive a gift card for an item that wasn't price matched guaranteed!
