I've done business with them ever since they opened about 17-years ago. I've never once been disappointed.
The customer service is professional, polite, accurate, and fast. More important than anything else, they do what they say they will do - on time and without any hassle.
As for prices - there may be - every great once-in-a-while - a small price advantage for the major international Beast devouring the rest of the world's markets.
But so what? Literally 99% of the time, the best that competitor can do is either tie Newegg, or way most likely, come in over the Newegg price. I know that's true because I have the competitor's browser widget that automatically flashes the competitor's price so I can see for myself who is winning the price battle.
Invariably, when you take in all of the purchases you make, Newegg gets the international Gold Medal.
So if your money is better off in your pocket than that of the Beast, head to Newegg.

"Ordered a computer monitor off of Newegg and was really excited to get it in the mail, until I plugged it in. The monitor only has a white screen on it and at first, I contacted the manufacturer to try troubleshooting and turns out it is just a faulty monitor. So I called Newegg, which did not treat me well at all. Now I have to wait 2-24 hours for a return shipping label, return the package, and wait for them to receive the faulty monitor just so they can inspect it and send me a new one. Paid for rush shipping too, might just ask for a refund since they didn't offer anything in replacement. "

"Been a customer for 15 years. Just heard that they sold out their Connecticut customers to the state tax department. They were given 2 options, start collecting tax in CT or hand over customer data for the past 3 years. They decided to hand over customer data to the state. I guess customer privacy is not important to Newegg. There were no subpoenas nor court order. They just handed it over because the state asked nicely. I don't live in CT so I'm not affected directly by what Newegg did but I will not do business with a company who doesn't care about their customer privacy. By the way, CT customers now are hit with tax bills from the last 3 years with interest and penalties."

1. Newegg will force product reviews back when they do not reflect well on the product. There was a recall issue with multiple products receiving the same issue through social media we found out Newegg would not allow any reviews detailing the issue. This left a faulty product with 4 stars up for a month.
2. Newegg customer support is hit or miss, but they are urging me to give a 5 star rating on this website. They are more invested in getting good reviews then helping customers with their issues."
