I've had a few occasions to deal with returns and warranties, and have encountered FAR too many difficulties. It now can be a grueling experience, sitting on 'hold' for an hour or more, Newegg frequently passing the buck to their vendors, etc.
Their new business model of no warehousing, no inventory, no responsibility is leaving a lot of customers very upset.
